acepromg.shop provides free standard shipping on orders placed through the website.

The estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, remote locations, public emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Risk relating to delivery will be allocated in accordance with applicable law.

15. Returns and Refunds
